Rock West Composites is well known for our extensive line of "off-the-shelf" Stock Tubing, however, over 75% of our current business is Custom -- Made to Print. 

Whether it's oval, square, hexagonal, tapered, or any other odd shape ... thick wall, thin wall, high temperature, high stiffness, LOW CTE, etc., we have the engineering and manufacturing expertise to quickly and affordably provide the highest quality composite structures available.

The quickest and easiest way for us to evaluate your project is to send us a drawing or "sketch" of your product with as much information as you can about it's requirements.  At a minimum, we will need to know the following: 

1) dimensions

2) dimensional tolerances (preferably an Engineering Drawing)

3) outlook

4) surface finish (as-wound, sanded, ground, painted, etc.)

5) mechanical properties/requirements

6) temperature requirements

7) environmental exposure (UV, saltwater, hot/wet, etc)

8) end use application

9) quantities (monthly/yearly) 

With these items as the starting point, we can usually very quickly put together a quotation to help you get your project from idea to reality.
