Returns: Return requests must be made by Buyer within 30 days of date on invoice. All returns must include an RMA # (Return Material Authorization) issued by RWC or the return shipment will be denied by RWC. Goods must be shipped to RWC by Buyer within 7 days of issuance of RMA #. Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a RWC error, Buyer shall pay the cost of return shipping and is responsible for insuring the shipment against loss or damage. Goods that are returned in new condition will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Goods returned in new condition are eligible for a refund of the full item price minus shipping/handling, unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a RWC error. Goods that are returned in used or damaged condition will not be eligible for refund.

Claims: all shipments should be checked immediately after arrival. All claims, whether referring to errors in pricing, mis-shipments, or defective goods, must be called in or e-mailed to RWC within 7 calendar days. All damaged goods and containers must be kept for inspection.
