Composite materials offer incredible benefits when compared to metals but don't forget, there is a time and a place for one or the other so let us help you decide! Our 1.000" ID x 1.106" OD high modulus carbon fiber tube is considered very stiff. The carbon fiber provides good thermal conductivity / stability. Typically our high modulus tube all 0° & 90° (or off-axis) plies throughout the ply sequence / laminate orientation.

• Use the same tape above to prevent tubes from pulling apart at full extension
• All tubes (part #'s 464xx) in INFINITubeV have an ultra thin woven fiberglass inner layer to maintain superior machine-ability for hole drilling (if using button clips or locking pins) or slot cutting
• Great for machining - Fabric inner and outer plies minimize "breakout" typically associated with drilling into composites
