CARBONNect ™ Tubes

Fabric (twill) and filament wound tubes ◾ Carbon fiber and fiberglass ◾ Specifically designed for 1.0", 1.5" and 2.0" CARBONNect systems

We designed the tubes listed here for our CARBONNect systems. We offer several options depending your functional and aesthetic requirements. Our twill tubes have an ultra-thin woven fiberglass inner layer to maintain superior machinability for hole drilling (if using button clips or locking pins) or slot cutting. They are great for machining as the fabric inner and outer plies minimize "breakout" typically associated with drilling into composites. Our filament wound tubes have longer continuous lengths available, better performance in torque applications, and are sanded smooth with a paint ready finish.
