A&P's BIMAX™ "Heavy-Heavy" fabric is a great "heavy weight, ie thick "off-axis" braid with fibers running +45° and -45°. In this configuration, one can quickly and easily layup fibers along axis otherwise made difficult with traditional 0° & 90° twill woven fabrics. With this material one is able to more quickly build up thickness while also being afforded the flexibility of more easily matching common layup configurations where quasi-isotropic laminates are commonly required.
Stronger, lighter and more efficient, BIMAX™ enables significant cost savings and superior performance.
