Our thermoplastic sheets are manufactured with fiber reinforced thermoplastics to provide you with the engineered materials system to thermoform or compression mold your desired structure affordably. These sheets are produced using layered unidirectional carbon fiber or fiberglass. Our thermoplastic sheets can be ordered in quasi-isotropic laminate, forged laminate, and high-temperature PEEK. Engineered with a fiber volume of over 60%, our thermoplastic panels are lightweight, flexible, strong, resistant to impact and have outstanding mechanical properties.
