The higher the number the better, right? Except in the case of golf this is mostly true. Composite materials offer incredible benefits when compared to metals but don't forget, there is a time and a place for one or the other so let us help you decide! Our 1.000" ID x 1.106" OD high modulus carbon fiber tube is considered very stiff. The carbon fiber provides good thermal conductivity / stability. Typically our high modulus tube all 0° & 90° (or off-axis) plies throughout the ply sequence / laminate orientation.

INFINITubeV 1.000" ID high modulus tubing is manufactured for use with button clips, push button ball lock pins or you can design your own. Specially designed clamps (size 2) are now available. Additional sizes coming soon!

- All tubes (part #'s 464xx) in INFINITubeV have an ultra thin woven fiberglass inner layer to maintain superior machine-ability for hole drilling (if using button clips or locking pins) or slot cutting
- Great for machining - Fabric inner and outer plies minimize "breakout" typically associated with drilling into composites

- 0° Fibers maximize bending stiffness. Consider bending the tube over your knee.
- 45° Fibers maximize torsional stiffness. Typically plied together in an opposing manner, i.e. ±45°. Consider twisting the tube like a vehicle's driveshaft.
- 90° Fibers maximize crushing stiffness and generally assist in overall tube strength. Consider laying the tube on the ground and stepping on it.
