Filament wound sanded finish tubes are the perfect fit if you require a consistent outer diameter, high quantity, and/or lengths longer than the standard 72 inches. The sanded finish gives us more control over the 1.25 inch outer diameter's consistency so we are able to provide tighter tolerances compared the the unsanded options. Filament winding is a more automated manufacturing process which allows for economical carbon fiber tubes in large scale production.The long continuous fibers not only add to the strength and stiffness of the tube but also make it possible for us to provide long lengths up to 120 inches long. This 1.00 inch tube is sold by the foot.
