Push Button Ratchet Joint - 3-Way - 215 degrees / 18 deg increment - 0.88 inch OD tube
By pressing the large round button on the Ratchet Joint with your finger, the spring loaded mechanism releases allowing the joint to freely move between its entire range of motion, within 18 degree increments. This 3-Way joint works with tubing that has an outer diameter (OD) of 0.88" and due to the degrees that it ratchets it can close parallel to it's self. Manufactured from high quality and extremely durable plastics, you can count on these parts lasting long into the future.
Each joint has a 0.20" through hole on each outlet allowing a physical method of securing the tube of choice though we always recommend that you use a good adhesive first!

Break point stress test with ratchet joint at 90 degree with tube A fixed in position and tube B pulling the dynamometer inwards ( X axis to Z axis ). This is the joint working in its natural rotation:
- Dyno set at 100mm up the tube from set point B - ratchet fail @ 34.56kg or 338.917824nm (newton meter)
- Dyno set at 200mm up the tube from set point B - ratchet fail @ 29.2kg or 286.35418 nm
- Dyno set at 300mm up the tube from set point B - ratchet fail @ 25.3kg or 248.108245 nm
