Bond Line Controller
Bond Line Controller (a.k.a. 'BLC' or 'Bond Line Beads') are fine solid glass spheres that are used as an additive in adhesives and other resin systems. Bond line beads help minimize galvanic corrosion and keep bonds concentric. It is recommended to use 2 grams BLC with every 3 oz. of adhesive. Make sure to choose the correct size based upon the gap between parts. Typically, bond lines (gaps) of 0.008” to 0.013” are recommended, which would use SKU 1031 or SKU 1030.
